Field Day and Fun For All!
Most kids finish their Field Day career in 5th or 6th grade. At Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, students finish living out their Field Day glory at the age of 18! Come to think of it, even Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ parents got in on the action of Field Day so who says you’re only a kid once??? This day is one of the most anticipated days of the year and once again it did not disappoint. Many parents took the day off to watch their children compete as they bounced, hopped, sprinted and clawed their way to the finish line. Even kindergarten teacher Mrs. Camble got in the potato sack (which I think she is regretting)! Field Day is another expression of what we value very highly: Family. Family is God’s gift and this is a day to come together and root for one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you to the many parents, teachers and staff who contributed to making this year’s Field Day very memorable and blessed.
